Giving our clients near, mid and far infrared light wavelength therapy has been shown to
provide pain relief along with improving the body’s circulatory and immune systems.
There is also evidence that this produces an increase in collagen at a cellular level, I.e mitochondria.
In addition a whopping 600 calories can be burned in a session.

A 30m one off Infrared Sauna session for $25 for clients or $35 for guests
Sauna Pack
2x 30m sessions per week for just $40 p/w when added to your client package
Ultimate Pack
Sauna up to 5x 30min sessions per week for just $70 per week.
*All sauna packages are available to guests and include gym access 1 hr prior to booking, although showers must be taken prior to use
